Everyone asks when we hope to move in. Wouldn't I like to know?!!! But things are moving along.
The electrical is almost done - and could be if we would just find time to make a couple of crucial decisions! That part is tricky considering how infrequently Billy and I see one another these days.
We did spend a couple of blissful days over christmas doing absolutely nothing related to the new house! Billy stayed home and we had fun just all being together. So decisions could have been made... but they weren't. On the upside, our family is getting pretty darn good at Rock Band! : )
We passed our plumbing inspection.
The house is primed for painting, but surf's up so it's anybody's guess when we'll see our painters next.
The floor has been decided on (Cumaru - Brazilian Teak) - probably not very "green" but I'm here to tell you that being "green" when you are building a house, unfortunately, takes way more of the other kind of green than we have to spend!
The cabinets have been chosen.
The roof is almost finished and if you look at it from only the Pololu side you can pretend it IS completely done...that's what I do anyway:) Billy has this silly habit of only seeing what is actually there. That is why he does all of the worrying and stressing out in our family;)

And the man who makes it all happen! He looks great! The only thing missing is a pair of rose colored glasses;) and maybe a good night sleep...
